Anyway, we owe you a "Thank you!" for ordering a product from COSTUSTOOT.COM.
We hope you are delighted with the items you receive from COSTUSTOOT, but if you
are not perfectly satisfied with them, you may return them within 7 days following
delivery for a refund or exchange
The following items are not eligible for COSTUSTOOT Refund Policy:
a)Promotionalitems
b)Gifts and freebies
c)Any items purchased from dealers or resellers and not directly from COSTUSTOOT.COM.
d)Co-branded limited edition items (once sold, they cannot be returned orexchanged)
Warranty
We offer a 10-day manufacturer warranty following delivery for any failures or
defects that occur through normal use. The warranty won't be renewed for a
replacement item.
Return & Exchange Terms:
We accept returns within 7 days following delivery. Orders must be returned by mail only.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging
with all original contents undamaged.(We strongly recommend you keep your
packaging for at least the first 7 days after purchase.)
Accessories or other items received as part of a promotional offer or gift must be
returned along with the original product. COSTUSTOOT cannot accept returned
products that have been altered, scratched, or marked.
Please note that there is a $25 processing fee for both returns and exchanges.
We are currently unable to provide return or exchange services for orders from Asicarea.
To Return or Exchange:
• Returns and exchanges must be requested within7 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
• Returns and exchanges cannot be processed for items purchased from third-
party dealers or resellers.
• No restocking fee will be charged for returned items (subject to availability.)
For Exchanges:
• lf you've received a wrong item or a faulty product, we will process your
exchange.
• lf you purchased the wrong size, we will exchange the item for the correct size,
but a $25 processing fee will still apply.
• lf you wish to exchange your item for any other reason, please note the same
processing fee applies.
How to initiate a Return or Exchange:
Please email the COSTUSTOOT Team at info@costustoot.com to request a return
or exchange. We will provide you with the return address.
Shipping Fees:
• Shipping charges for returned items are at the customer's expense.
• ltems lost during transportation wil not be compensated.
• Refunds will be processed within two weeks after receiving the return package,
for the merchandise value only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancel Non-Processed Orders: Please email our Customer Service with your
order number and reason to info@costustoot.com.
• Cancel Shipped Orders: Requests to cancel an order that has already shipped
are not accepted.
• Failed Delivery Orders:
o lf delivery fails due to customer error (e.g. incorrect address or
unavailability), the refund will be less the shipping cost and a 50%
restockina fee(subiect to availability)
o lf the delivery fails for any other reason, we will either reship the or
der orissue a refund.
Pre-Order Products will ship within the specified time as displayed on the product
details page.
Refund Policy(if applicable):
Refunds will be issued within two weeks of confirmation. For further details, please
contact our Customer Service at info@costustoot.com.
Kind Reminders:
• Additional duties and or taxes will not be refunded.
• The shipping fee is non-refundable.
• lf you have not received your refund after it has been processed, please check
your bank account again. lt may take some time before your refund is officially
posted by your credit card company or bank.
Responsibility:
A full refund or replacement will be issued when the cost is caused by COSTUSTOOT .
However, responsibility for any loss or issues due to the customer's actions is on your
end if delivery fails for any of the following reasons:
• Incorrect shipping information provided.
• Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient being unavailable.
• Refusal to pay customs duties, resulting in parcel destruction or loss.
Kind Reminder for Unsuccessful Deliveries:
• Re-ship or refund requests will be processed after we receive the returned
package.
• Shipping charges for the original and new packages will be at your expense.

Duty and Taxes:
All products from COSTUSTOOT.COM are VAT excluded. Please check the customs
policy in your country, as the price does not include any customs duties or fees.
